Young Dunadd side on form to beat Lorn

DUNADD ladies had their second game of the season last Sunday at home against the newly-formed Oban Lorn team.

Following on from their recent defeat against Ardnamurchan, the young shinty team came back strong and confident, despite missing experienced player Iona MacNicol due to injury.

The sides were evenly matched, given that the majority of the players from both teams had only recently taken up the sport. What the players lacked in experience, though, they more than made up for in grit and determination.
