Primary one pupils are settling in well

Now that the next generation of school pupils embarking on their first year of primary school have had time to settle into their new environments, the Banner has made its customary visit to see how they are adapting to their new routines.

Across the island’s seven primary schools a total of 30 P1 pupils started their school careers, the average in recent years, but less than last year’s bumper intake of 44 pupils, which included triplets and 17 pupils at Brodick Primary School alone.
