THIRTY-YEAR-OLD ED HARBOURNE IS A PERSONAL TRAINER AND TRANSFORMATION COACH. HE HAS BEEN LIVING IN LONDON FOR THE PAST 23 YEARS~AND SPLITS HIS TIME BETWEEN THE SOHO HOTEL AND FITNESS FIRST OXFORD CIRCUS. HE’S OBVIOUSLY IN INCREDIBLE SHAPE, BUT SAYS THAT ANYONE CAN BE — THEY JUST HAVE TO REALLY WANT TO DO IT. THAT MEANS MOST OF ED’S WORK IS, IN FACT. MOTIVATING PEOPLE, WHICH STARTS THE MOMENT THEY DECIDE SOMETHING HAS TO CHANGE. IF HE WASN’T SO SHY IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA, HIS DREAM JOB WOULD BE AN ACTOR.
