The first Luka Doncic cards are part of 2016-17 Upper Deck Turkish Airlines EuroLeague. Exclusive to Upper Deck’s e-Pack platform, it came in digital packs that yeilded physical cards. But not for everything. Regular base cards are digital-only. However, the Rainbow parallels, that are 1:2 packs, are physical cards. Also, those who amassed ten copies of the digital base card could exchange them for a Patterned Rainbow parallel that’s also physical.
