FOUR aspiring artists from Campbeltown Grammar School had designs on appearing at the world’s largest arts festival.

S2 pupil Kirk Lang’s entry in the Edinburgh International fringe Schools’ Poster competition was a brush stroke ahead of the rest and he is regional winner for Argyll and Bute, sucuring an exhibition slot.

He will be invited to a prize giving ceremony on May 24 to collect his certificate. Nicola Mcfadyen and Nicola Wareham from S5 and Rhona Lee from S1 also enjoyed success.
