The first proper super naked remains a brilliant used buy...

Used Bike Guide 2003 – 2005 APRILIA TUONO

Yup, the Tuono I'OGks. A lot.

The Aprilia Tuono can hold its hand (or, more likely, it will be two fingers) up to being the first proper super naked, so we all owe it a great debt of gratitude. If Aprilia hadn’t had the balls to rip the fairings off an RSV and create a visually challenged but totally bonkers to ride naked back in 2003, we may not currently have the likes of the Yamaha MT-10, BMW S 1000 R, Kawasaki Z1000 or any other high performance machine with flat bars you care to mention. And for that very fact you have to love the original Tuono (Italian for thunder).
