MINILOGUE XD
Korg’s new Minilogue XD has recently caused a big stir in synth world, offering the same compact and reasonably priced form factor of the original Minilogue with features taken from Korg’s newer ‘Logue’ products (which include the baby Monologue and the big daddy; aka the Prologue)! The biggest news is that the synth now includes the versatile and powerful Multi-Engine from the Prologue which offers up several noise options and VPM (FM) oscillators, along with the user-oscillator/effect import feature which is really starting to come into its own on the Prologue. This month we’ll be going deeper into some of the key features that should help you get the most out of this monstrous little machine, both in the studio and live. Time to get stuck in!
