JIMI HENDRIX SO completely changed the music landscape in the late ’60s that it’s difficult to conceive how any guitarist of the last half century couldn’t have been affected by him or his music. Without Hendrix, how would guitars with locking trems have been developed? What about high-gain amplifiers and effects pedals?
