THE DYNAMIC DUO
TEN YEARS IN THE SPOTLIGHT HAVE SHOWN THEM TO BE THE ULTIMATE DOUBLE ACT

They prefer an action-packed approach

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were never going to be the kind of royals who merely cut ribbons and shake hands. Instead, the couple prefer an actionpacked approach, throwing themselves into their work and looking every inch a winning team – both on and off duty.
His mother Diana, Princess of Wales, once told William: “If you find someone you love in life, you must hang on to it and look after it.” He appears to have heeded her words wholeheartedly.
As well as sharing a commitment to Queen and country, it’s clear William and Kate are also a couple deeply in love. Over the years, they have become comfortable showing their affection in public – exchanging loving glances or putting their arms around each other.
The sight of the royal duo joyfully hugging at the London 2012 Olympics as they watched cyclist Sir Chris Hoy win his fifth gold medal set the tone for their marriage and showed the world they are not just Duke and Duchess, but husband and wife, too. During their ten years in the spotlight, they have emerged as the ultimate double act.
