With the actress busy bringing board game Cluedo to the stage, she has quite overlooked her upcoming milestone birthday

When she was a child, Michelle Collins remembers playing the much-loved murder mystery board game Cluedo with her sister Vicki and five cousins. And now, as the former soap star steps into the spotlight to bring the “sassy” suspect Miss Scarlett to life in a new touring production of a play called Cluedo, it’s almost as if her career has come full circle. “My cousins and I were always competitive,” she tells hello!. “I remember we all wanted to be Miss Scarlett – we all loved her. I think she’s the go-to character, isn’t she?”

Starring in the show, which is based on the classic game as well as the 1985 film Clue, has come as a welcome distraction for the 59-year-old actress after the first few weeks of rehearsals proved challenging.
