When Mariella Frostrup enjoys a meal out in a restaurant or visits a pub for a drink, she knows she will be interrupted by a stranger at least once. And she doesn’t mind in the slightest – in fact, she welcomes it. After all, the TV and radio presenter is one of the most prominent celebrities who advocates for women going through the menopause, and many of her fans want to thank her personally for helping them navigate their way through.
“There’s nowhere I go when someone doesn’t come up to me,” she tells hello!. “What keeps me going is this wonderful thing that quite honestly you never expect in life, which is other people saying: ‘You’ve changed my life; thank you.’
