This month, Team H&R was lucky enough to get a backstage pass to one of Paralympian Sophie Christiansen’s training sessions. It was amazing to watch her and her trainer, Anna Miller, hard at work as she prepares to make the trip to Tokyo this summer. We also snapped some gorgeous candid shots of Sophie and one of her rides, Louie (Innuendo III), sharing a moment – although, we were warned that he has a very powerful head and you don’t always get a lot of notice when he wants to give a little nudge!
