A very warm welcome to issue 86 of our award winning iScot magazine.

Regular readers will have noticed changes to the magazine over these past few issues as we endeavour to address the constant external demands to our production. Our monthly print costs have increased enormously without any sign of abating, and it’s a constant test just to manage it. Every major production component of the magazine; paper, inks, print machine operational utility costs, as well as astronomical postage costs, behoves us to be as creative as possible to maintain our competitive pricing level which has remained unchanged since 2014. These constant price pressures are being offset by the amazing support of a benefactor and the fact that we don’t have any payroll to contend with. We are indeed truly a creative cinderella operation with substantially more regular print & digital subscribers than our daily Indy paper colleagues apparently!
