Panthers positive after winding-up adjournment

HALIFAX PANTHERS say their preparations for the new Championship campaign remain on course after a winding-up order against the club was put back again.
The petition was brought by HMRC in October, and was adjourned both in December then last Wednesday.
The parties have directions to file further evidence by the middle of March, with a new date for the hearing yet to be set.
The Panthers were also served with a winding-up petition by HMRC last July.
