IF THERE ARE tasks you frequently perform with files in Finder, save time and effort by creating Quick Actions. For example, you may move downloaded files to your Documents folder, a folder on iCloud or another drive. You may strip the text out of PDF documents so it can be used elsewhere or you might combine PDFs into one long document.
