AN OBAN man must forfeit £210 and do 250 hours of unpaid community work after cannabis was found at his home.
Garry Norman Higgins, 41, of Coruisk, Corran Brae, admitted being concerned in the supply of cannabis at his home on January 6 this year.
The town’s sheriff court heard last week that Higgins co-operated fully with the police when they searched his home and found 34g of herbal cannabis, along with drug-dealing paraphernalia and the cash. He said this was rent money.
