Letter of the Month
You recently asked which parts of the magazine we enjoy most and where could you improve. I’m rarely short on an opinion, so I’m pleased you asked.
I enjoy The Apprentice the most. I can mostly relate to the amateur’s position and it would be rare that I don’t cut out a tip or two to save and refer back to. All the advice is very practical too. For example, this month (following issue 173’s Apprentice article) I’m taking away the view from the tower of Great St Mary’s church together with the possibility of setting up a tripod in the church. I am working on a Cambridge project at present trying to capture views not normally seen of the city, such as my recent portrait (above right) shot on Trinity Lane, a street your article included.
