Big Big Train have recruited a new singer, will play live in September, and plan to make a new album next year.
Italian vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Alberto Bravin will assume lead vocal duties for the band on their UK and European dates in September, and will also contribute to the material for the next record.
With Common Ground becoming their second UK Top 40 album, in 2021 Big Big Train seemed to be on course for further success, but their future was cast into serious doubt in the aftermath of the tragic death of their highly respected vocalist, David Longdon, in November last year.
