Q Your ethos combines Western psychology with Eastern philosophy. How do they work together with regards to stress management?
Neuroscience has a lot to say about the nature of leadership, business and creating a life of meaning and value. A huge part of yoga is to be present but observant; to step back and observe, rather than play out the drama. Yet, while the practices of yoga and meditation are useful, I feel that they are only part of the equation in helping us to return ‘home’ to who we really are and, more importantly, in us discovering our capability to lead a more fulfilling, peaceful life.
