Where there’s muck, there’s brass. At least that was the idea behind the two previous Metro titles, which were obsessed with sewers. With Metro Exodus, things have opened up immensely. It picks up two years after Metro: Last Light, setting the stage for a post-apocalyptic vision of Earth.
It follows 23-year-old Artyom, a Ranger who’s had his eyes above ground for about as long as he can remember. Although most of humanity is relegated to living underground, he believes there are others out in the world beyond Moscow’s subway tunnels, and he intends to find them with the help of his buddies.
