US PREVIEW: GAME OF THRONES
Winter has virtually arrived in Westeros, but fans will have to wait a little longer than usual for their fix of the epic fantasy drama, with season seven the penultimate season pushed back to summer, and comprising just seven episodes rather than the usual ten. The last season was arguably the best yet, and saw Cersei take the Iron Throne after exacting explosive revenge on the High Sparrow with the help of some wildfire but how long will she reign now that king in the north Jon Snow and Sansa are reunited at Winterfell, and Daenerys and Tyrion are sailing towards King’s Landing with the combined forces of the Unsullied, the Dothraki and the Ironborn. As usual, the new season is being kept top secret, though we do know Jim Broadbent
and Dickensian actor Joseph Quinn will be joining the cast..
