As TV & Satellite Week trudges through the snow past an inviting looking
bar with regulars drinking inside, things take a sinister turn. We head through a door further along the path and find ourselves in a mortuary where a headless corpse is lying on a trolley. We shouldn’t be too surprised,
however. We’re actually on set at a north London studio that’s doubling as the Arctic Circle for the second series of Sky Atlantic’s brilliantly twisty thriller Fortitude, in which such gruesome discoveries are commonplace.
