“I GREW up in the countryside and now I’m back in the countryside,” laughs 27-yearold Juni Habel, who’s crocheting a summer hat for one of her sisters in the old schoolhouse where she lives, in a village 50 miles south of Oslo. “I’m never going back to the city! You just go home to your apartment and there’s no fun stuff to do in an apartment. Living here I can work outside and go out in the woods and do practical things. I really like chopping wood, for instance.”
