Portobello Mushroom Gyros with Tzatziki

These gyros are guaranteed to be a crowd-pleaser, thanks to the fresh ingredients, packed full of flavour.
For the pittas:
• 500g (4 2/3 cups) strong white bread flour
• 14g (2 tsp) fast acting yeast
• 2 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp sea Salt flakes
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 300ml (1¼ cup) tepid water
For the mushrooms:
• 4-6 large Portobello mushrooms, wiped clean
• 1 onion, peeled and sliced
• 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
• 1 tsp ground cumin
• ½ tsp cinnamon
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tbsp vegan Worcestershire sauce
