It was a dramatic episode to end the season at the final edition of the Rotax MAX Challenge Euro Trophy and no surprise to see that it was the British who almost ran away with the entire show! For the competitive Rotax series, it was the first time they crossed the channel in favour of the loyal local participants and teams. Paul Fletcher International Kart Circuit currently remains the onlyCIK-FIA homologated track in the United Kingdom that offers the opportunity for this event, proving as well to throw out the challenge to the lineup of visiting superstars in the increasingly strong field of contenders. Along with the blasting heatwave all week long and thrashing storm that arrived on cue for the finals, the competition was nothing short of action-packed from the first race in every class. A full program of eight Rotax categories filled the weekend schedule and in every case, the titles were undecided until Sunday. The sun shone again for the celebration of the closing round winners and new champions at the awards ceremony. A total of 13 RMC Grand Finals tickets were presented to the qualified drivers who will join their national teams in the Kingdom of Bahrain on December 2-9 at the most amazing event in karting today. Race organizers, Camp Company, shared their gratitude and appreciation to all RMCET competitors and supporters over the past six years, as they said their goodbyes.BRP-Rotax thanked the team for their ongoing commitment to the success of the series.
