WOODLAND glamour

TOP TIP

Incorporating gilded fruits and vegetables with rich-coloured blooms will create a glamorous top table

Exquisite, luxurious berry tones, royal purples and a scattering of glamorous gold... this winter wedding set up is romantic, opulent and filled with charming rustic touches – plus, we must mention the fairytale golden pumpkins: ideal for both autumnal and winter nuptials. Featuring David Austin ‘Darcy’ roses with a combination of velvety ‘black baccara’ roses and deep plum cymbidium orchids, your guests will feel as though they have entered a decadent woodland. Add in scabiosa, blueberry roses, bloom chrysanthemums, hibiscus flower seed heads, pomegranates, artichokes, figs and bun moss for an explosion of texture and vibrant hues. Drape floral garlands on to chair backs for a rustic and romantic atmosphere, but go all out on the dessert table – after all, you can never have enough cake! Draw your guests’ eyes to carefully chosen table arrangements on cake stands covered in golden berries and show off your blooms in simple urns and vases – not forgetting metallic vessels and teacups for that little touch of grandeur.
