The new X3 will stick closely to the formula of today’s popular model, so you can expect 2.0-litre mild hybrid petrol and diesel engines, an M40i performance variant, an xDrive30e plug-in hybrid and a fully electric iX3.

About the same size as an Audi Q3 (and built in the same factory), this will be Cupra’s final non-electric car. Mild hybrid and plug-in hybrid versions will be offered, with the latter capable of around 60 miles of electric driving.
