Good job Keeley Hawes said yes to The Durrells In Corfu, because she’s back in the second series of the hit drama. Based on the real-life boyhood experiences of conservationist Gerald Durrell whose book, My Family and Other Animals, told of his unconventional upbringing on a Greek island in the 1930s, The Durrells In Corfu features ‘Gerry’ as an animal mad child. But, once again, the drama really centres around Gerry’s mother, Louisa played by Keeley and his siblings.
