Jura electrician receives a further driving ban

A JURA electrician already disqualified from driving was handed a further six-month ban by a Campbeltown sheriff. Noel Byrne, 52, of 10 Woodside, Craighouse, was stopped by police at 2.20pm on March 13, when a constable recognised him as a disqualified driver.

Byrne pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while disqualified and a further charge of having no valid insurance.
