Case against jeweller found not proven

THE CASE against a jeweller from Edinburgh found behind the wheel of her car while over the drinkdrive limit was found not proven following a trial at Campbeltown Sheriff Court.

Kayleigh Currie, 22, of 43 Kingsnowe Road, Edinburgh, pleaded not guilty to a charge of being nearly twice over the limit when she was parked on Burnside Street, Campbeltown on September 4, 2016.
