Argyll and Bute’s MSP has urged the council to apply for a share of a £50 million town centre fund, writes Mark Davey.
Michael Russell said: ‘Finance secretary, Derek Mackay MSP, announced the new ring-fenced fund – available through the local authority settlement – during his draft budget last month.
