ONE COOL Coop

Here is our coop. We repurposed a rundown horse shed into our chicken palace. Features include Wi-Fi/automated door opener, ventilation, lights, temperature monitor, air-conditioning, cameras and motion-activated security lights. We also have heating panels and running water.

The coop has dropping boards for easy and fast cleanup and a predator-proof covered run. We recently added an extended “sunroom” with a clear roof to allow for more sun exposure in the winter months. We also tried to keep it aesthetically pleasing. I think we succeeded!
