Historic Sportscar Racing’s Classic Sebring 12 Hours, held at the famous Florida circuit from 6-9March, attracted a record entry for 2025, and local team 901 Shop was the big winner, taking three of the meeting’s four Run Group victories.
One of these came in Group A where, after eight years of trying, David Agretelis (1972 Porsche 911S/T) took the top step of an HSR podium at last. He was challenged by eventual Group B victor and 901 Shop teammate Todd Treffert (1975 Porsche 911 Carrera RSR ‘Baby turbo’), who ended a decade-long HSR Classic winless streak. The third 901 Shop success came from another f irst-time overall HSR Classic Endurance race winner, as Tom McGlynn in his brightgreen Porsche 911 (991) GT3 R took control early on and claimed the spoils in all four Group Dcontests.
It was payback time in Group C, with Pierce Marshall and Eric Foss winning in their Cadillac DPi, beating Bob Neapole and Guy Cosmo (Acura ARX-05), who had denied them at the same track in December.
