”I LOVE IT TO THIS DATE”
I would like to give you and your team a big thank you for releasing this magazine. Every issue is a pleasure, and I appreciate that. May I suggest a story of the Australian scene of the Eighties? One of my first music cassettes was Rick Springfield’s Tao and I love it to this date. It’s a classic. But there are also bands like Real Life, Icehouse, INXS, Crowded House, Men At Work… DIRK, MUNICH
”I PUT A SPELL ON YOU”
Thanks for the feature on Chris Constantinou – Chris De Niro as he was known in his Adam Ant days – as I’m a big fan. As well as the collaborations you covered, I can also recommend his two Nineties albums 4Play and Zip Me Up under the name Jackie Onassid. And there’s a great video on YouTube for The Wolfmen’s collaboration with Primal Scream: a cover of I Put A Spell On You, recorded for an Alexander McQueen fashion show. MARTIN CARHILL, LUTON
