New Yorker Ron Haffkine was a producer and manager of Dr Hook & The Medicine Show, and worked on their biggest hits including Sylvia’s Mother and When You’re In Love With A Beautiful Woman. He was 84 years old when he died from leukaemia and kidney failure.
