A: “I was born and raised in Iran, and moved to Canada when I was 15, but I’m currently based in London. I’ve been into music my whole life; playing the piano since I was five with several piano tutors over the years and played classical pieces. I was always into making music even before getting my head into electronic music. In my early years I was exposed to the raw electronic sounds of Kraftwerk, Eno, Vangelis and Jean-Michel Jarre to name a few. I started listening to bands like Portishead, Massive Attack and Radiohead and I was extremely influenced by them. Then I moved to Toronto when I was in high school, and that’s when I began showing an interest in making electronic music.”
