You need to start with a plan of acti on. It would be a good idea to create a filing system of all medical informati on; medicati on, prescripti ons, appointments, doctor’s contact details etc. Create a file on your computer or hard copy if that’s easier for you. Also assess fall hazards around the home and look into ways of introducing very gentle exercise and acti vity into their daily lives.
