A volunteer at the Arran Eco Savvy shop in Whiting Bay is appealing for the person who purchased a walking stick from the shop on Saturday March 18 to get in touch.
Chrissy Duncan accidentally left her favourite walking stick in the shop after a shift and it was erroneously purchased by a customer who thought it was for sale.
The walking stick is of great sentimental value and irreplaceable as it was made by a dear friend of Chrissy who has since died and features a handle sculpted into the shape of her dog’s head and has a hazel shaft.
