Why did you decide to go on a blind date?
JACK: I’ve just finished university, and this summer is in many ways a bit of a sinkhole, so I thought there’d be no harm in doing something a bit different!
TIM: It couldn’t be any worse than my usual attempts at dating. Doing this meant that at best I’d meet someone great, at worst I’d have an amusing dinner table anecdote.
