The largest was The Avenue’s Tarka at 63lb banked by Michael O’neill for the second time in just five months. Over on the Isle of Wight, Stephen Kitcher smashed the island’s record with a 52¾lb mirror from the Blackwater Syndicate. Horton is back in the news again too, with the lake’s largest resident netted by venue regular Stuart Higgs at 52lb 10oz. Billy Flowers banked his target fish for the winter from his very own Myths Pool, in the form of Flowers at 50lb 6oz.
