We dish out our annual awards for things that amused us, or made us shout at the telly box/Interweb. It's more entertaining than the Oscars just with a lot less cleavage on offer. Not a lot we can do about that. Soz! When we heard Welsh 'athlete' Nath Phillips had suffered a stroke a few weeks ago were shocked. The Lahinch big wave zone thrummed to life and the regular crew and a brace of other peeps thronged the line-up. It wasn't all rainbows and high fives under the misty cliffs. But the local crew got their just desserts using arm power. Here we present the boys getting serious salt on big ass boards.
