Spandau Ballet duo Gary and Martin Kemp have wrapped filming on their one-off BBC Four mockumentary called The Kemps: All True. The brothers, who also boast an extensive CV as actors, enjoy a laugh at their own expense in the project, which sees comedian and writer Rhys Thomas – the man behind acclaimed featurelength documentary Freddie Mercury: The Great Pretender and spoof music documentary series The Life Of Rock With Brian Pern – grill them, albeit tongue-in-cheek, on their careers in and out of music. Martin quipped: “After being known as Roman Kemp’s dad for a few months, I’m really happy to be getting back in the limelight.”
Older brother Gary added: “I’m thrilled the BBC is making this probing documentary into the lives of my brother and me.”
