Where do y u s e do you shop?
I go to Sainsbury’s or Marks & Spencer as they're closest to my house in Brentwood. I spend about £200 a week, as I only like to buy organic meat and fish. Nappies and wipes for my two-year-old daughter Nelly so expensive, too.
What’s your typical daily diet?
For breakfast I have a slice of toast with peanut butter or scrambled egg, or maybe Weetabix with fruit. For my lunch I love Ryvit with smoked to tomatoes, or a tuna salad wrap, and I’ll snack on peaches or breadsticks with houmous. I always have a biscuit with my tea, and drink loads of water all day. For dinner, I’llmake spaghetti bololognese, or Cajun chicken with sweet potato wedges and salad.
