Q I appreciated your excellent explanation of the different Outlook versions in Issue 712. Do you think you could do the same for BT and EE? In the same issue’s Consumeractive section (page 14), fellow reader Peter Gordon says he switched his broadband from BT to EE. I did the same, but only because I thought I had to, as I’d been told BT was now for businesses while EE was for domestic users. I’d had my landline with BT for many years, along with broadband. I’d previously switched my mobile phone from Orange to EE. I’m happy with the current situation, but I’m curious about what’s been going on.
