A TREASURED WRITER
■ JACK SNELLING ASHFORD The 10th of January 2018 was a sad day for the Doctor Who community. David Fisher was a treasured writer for the Fourth Doctor and Romana. He wrote brilliantly for Tom Baker, Mary Tamm and Lalla Ward, and his stories were always distinctive. Throughout his career he also worked on other gems, including Dixon of Dock Green and Hammer House of Horror. He was a phenomenal writer and will be missed by fans of Doctor Who and any of his other works.
