SMALL TALK
ANDREW DOMINIK IS someone who doesn’t rush into directing a movie. Seven years passed between his debut, Chopper, in 2000 and the sumptuous epic The Assassination Of Jesse James By The Coward Robert Ford. Then he turned practically prolific, taking just five years to direct his next movie, 2012’s Killing Them Softly. Since then, the Australian director has worked with Nick Cave on a couple of documentaries, including this year’s This Much I Know To Be True, but he’s had his next movie up his sleeve for quite some time.
