If you’ve got a system that you regularly use (or an always-on machine), consider how long you’ve had it for. A good-quality drive or processor can last for ages, but case and radiator fans are rarely rated for more than five years of operation, and less for systems that are constantly running. New case fans aren’t too expensive and are a worthwhile investment to keep older systems running cool.
