EASDALE Primary School displayed a ‘past project’ on Wednesday last week, which looked at the Seil school’s 139-year history, and took all 28 pupils six months to make.
The Easdale Primary School past project got a healthy response.
Fifty parents and curious islanders came to the open day in Ellenabeich to see the exhibition. Mairi Livingstone, class teacher, explained: ‘We wanted to find out where past pupils were now and what they were doing, so the children from this school could go on to do what they wanted, where they wanted. We took the idea and it just escalated. They got 95 responses from 1943 to 2000.’
