A mature magazine with comprehensive advice
I really enjoy the content of Healthy, as it covers a wide range of health issues comprehensively, and inspires me to live a healthier life. Being an avid cook, I love the healthy recipes, which are always innovative and give me great vegan and vegetarian options to try. The celeb interviews are done with style and energy, and I'm always left inspired to take on their advice. Living a hectic life, it's hard to always be as healthy as I'd like to, but Healthy mag gives me the tools I need to feel as good as I can. Always feel positive after reading. Love this mag and will continue to subscribe.

Vapid fluff but worth it for the vouchers
This magazine doesn't have a lot of content. It can be interesting to flick through, but there isn't really much substance. However, if you're buying anything in Holland & Barrett, it can work out much cheaper to buy this first to use the vouchers inside.
