FACE TO FACE

All work and no play over the winter has forced Jason to take desperate and deliberate measures to actually meet up and ride with friends in the real world.

I didn’t have enough time off work over Christmas. That’s entirely my fault – I used up all my holidays earlier in the year, so once everyone was engrossed in either riding their bikes or revelling (or both) at the end of December I was hard at work instead.

The reason it felt like I didn’t get enough time off at Christmas was because all my mates were seemingly having a bloody brilliant time on their bikes, possibly even more than usual, and sending me loads of messages along the lines of ‘Coming out for a ride?’. Bloody internet.
